LOL Upgrading the laptop AGAIN...

Upgrading to a mobile QUADcore processor...... AND am trying to decide on whether to go with the 1TB WD 2.5" HDD OR really splurging and getting a 256GB SSD..... Now the SSD is about $300 more than the WD platter HDD... But the speeds are much better, increases battery life by a few hours etc....

And since I am building my own server I wouldn't really have to worry about keeping alot of stuff on the HDD if I went with the SSD...Anything I wanted to get to I could just log into my network from wherever I am and get access to whatever files I wanted to anyway...

2shocker... I don't get it. You can spend a gazillion dollars on upgrading a laptop, rebuild a server for the house, yet won't drop a few *chips* and join-in the main reason for this site? I'm not only computer-illiterate, but confused, too.

Money wasn't the reason CK... it's more of a time issue with me. I have ALOT of irons in the fire right now.
