Our new leather furniture finally arrives here in the morning and that means I had to figure out how to move the old leather couch upstairs where I am right now....

So last night after Mrs. Magic fell asleep I decided to carry it up here by myself without making any noise so she wouldn't find out until the next day.

I made it happen some how.......and it wasn't easy

Thanks guys.....I will admit the next day and today I feel sore like I was lifting weights after not doing that for a few months

Of course I couldn't let the wife know I had that plan because she would have got some goofballs over here to do it and I tend to be a bit picky (even when it comes to who enters the gate way down at the end of the driveway)

I actually used some Collatz Conjecture and angular momentum while considering Keplars laws of planetary motion as I brought that one up those steep stairs

But guess what???

The truck pulled up right on time (10am so I was still in bed) but got right up with my sunglasses on so I could see and at the same time give them the mean look so they didn't mess up the leather as they came in the back door and through the kitchen.

BUT they go back out and get the ottomon and then we see them out looking at the next item which was supposed to be my fancy leather chair.

It was instead a damn loveseat that was loaded on the truck instead of MY CHAIR!!!!!!!

Now if my house was big enough to have that in the livingroom I may have said just bring the damn thing in the house.

I'm not a morning person but since the wife was standing there I just tried not to say anything other than that I have the receipt AND already waited 2 weeks for something I already paid for

So knowing my luck it will be here in a couple weeks

Maybe next time I will have to have them call Cravn to deliver something here on the Olympic Peninsula

(or have them get insurance from Kurt )

But don't you do any "stent testing" Beldar

I'm sure Blue knows better and would have had some connection to get somebody to do this for him

Ok I better go sit on my new couch and drink my morning "RockStar" because my next fun of the day is driving the Jaguar all the way to town because I finally found a guy who can do the rear disc brake job........can't wait to see that bill

I just absorbed a 815.00 dollar brake job myself last week..Pissed me off because 15 years ago I would of had no problem installing rotors, pads myself and saved 700.00 bucks.
