Ok, I uploaded this year's SB prop bets. You can check them out here:

http://bookiechallenge.com/playoffs.htm

This will be the toughest Super Bowl in BC history.

The line is still Pitt - 7, so I will wait another day before posting. I'm hoping for a hook.

You are totally shitting me right? Who gives a shit about the point spread winner when it gives you one point and the first team to score gives you 2 points and the last team to score gives you 1/2 point and the over time flip of the coin gives you 5 points. Man I hope you are joking Mighty. These types of props don't help you pick the best BC Handicapper but rather the luckiest bastard on the planet. Sorry man, that's just my gut instinct talking ...

Just so I don't bitch without a recommendation:

Point Spread Winner … 2 points
Over/Under Winner …… 2 points
Two Team Parlay (side & totals) 3 points
Straight up Winner ….. 2 points
Mighty Winner ………… 1 points (you get to add 6 points to either team) example … Arizona +13 or Pittsburg -1
Magic Winner …………. 1 points (you get to add 10 points to the total) example … Over 36.5 or Under 56.5
Blue Winner …………… (two team parlay with either combo of the Mighty Winner and the Magic Winner)
MVP ……………………….. 2 points
Time of possession …. 1 point
Fewest Turnovers …… 1 point
Coin flip …………………. ½ point
Coin Flip (over time) …. ½ point

SA, don't be such a pussy!! Your ideas are WAY too easy. The prop bets I came up with are legitimate, taken directly off the hot pavement of the Las Vegas Strip. But YOUR idea of "prop bets" are totally fake. I can go to Vegas and find all the action I want. But YOU will be handed a rum and coke (in a plastic cup) and then directed to the nearest slot machine for tourists, designed to empty your pockets while you sit there slowly getting stoned sipping from your plastic cup!!

But having said that, I do understand what you're saying.....you want all the prop bets to be directly related to:

Point spread.
Over/Under.
And then a few unrelated side bets.

Sure, that's one way of doing it, but I could say the same thing about your idea as you said about mine: How does adding 10 points to an Over/Under and 6 points to the pointspread determine the "best handicapper"??? WTF?? laughing

Why bother taking the lines from Vegas in the first place?? Why not just make up our own lines? Who needs Vegas? Instead of the "Bookie Challenge"......maybe we should call it, "Self Challenge"......each player can make up whatevere line they want!! Like this:

Favorite...Line...Underdog
Pitt......64.......Ari
Over/Under = 96

Awesome!!

Here's the Bottom Line:

PICK THE WINNERS, DON'T SUCK.

My old book (when i used to use him years ago) would let you buy extra points and use them in a parlay. For instance you could use 6 extra points each on two games but you only got paid like one bet. It means you had to win a two teamer to get paid as a single bet. If you tried a 3 teamer you would get 11 points per game to use any way you see fit. Of coarse you have to win all three games to get paid as a single bet.

Mighty ... I see you are very receptive to complaints and new ideas as usual. lol

I feel my role in the BC is to give you shit once a year to keep you on your 12 toes ... Two eyes and teeth

Go ahead and throw down the gauntlet and I'll beat you at your own
game ... pecker

Shit, I just can't leave this thing alone.

You mean picking the winner against the spread, straight up and (over under) against the spread, all things we did all year only count for 3.5 points when ...

Picking first penalty, first blood, first team to score, first punt, longest field goal, first team to challenge a call, coin toss, and overtime coin toss count 13.5 points. Where's the skill in that. (Might as well pick a number on the roulette wheel or pull the leaver on a slot machine cause there isn't an ounce of skill associated with those)

The other props like time of possession, third down conversions, rushing, passing, MVP at least have some skill attached to them.
----------------------------------------------------------------

As I've stated before I will abide by the rules and I realize I don't make the rules but I've payed my dues enough to bitch ...

I was actually thinking about that.....you do have a point.

Maybe I'll change some of the "luck" picks to something that requires some level of skill. But we'll keep the coin flips as is.

By the way, the line has dropped a half-point!!
Now we have a hook bounce

I'll post all the props within an hour. It's gonna be horrendous unripebooya
