Except this week the kid we centered the whole weeks game plan for on offense just doesn't show up to the game at all... Kinda hard to run an offense when a guy in on 75% of the plays in a key role doesn't even come to the game.


I hate parents that don't care. This week they get beat 14-0............. The kid playing WR wouldn't even TOUCH the CB when he supposed to blocking on running plays... and he had the KEY block on those plays..... he isn't going to play anymore.



Pussies.

OH I also forgot to tell you about how we got jobbed as well...

At every game there has to be a board member present and on the field of the game in case of injuries etc.... well just by COINCIDENCE the board member that our game LAST week.... is the HC of the team that we played THIS week..... so that cheating SOB got his way onto the field for our game last week to scout us for this week....


I just wrote a pretty nice e-mail to the league director about this and about how it is BS that this guy is doing that..(he's done it 3 weeks in a row now talking to other coaches)


I don't give a damn if the SOB is a board member or not, if you can beat our kids then fine.... BUT do not CHEAT my guys under any circumstanses..... I'm probably going to take some heat for it, but I'll be damned if these kids are going to work hard and get cheated.

I do have one kid that played his ass of and made two other kids cry on the other team. When I told him about the first kid crying. HE JUST SMILED!!!!

You all learned your coaching abilities from Teddy Marchabroda...Nice Guys, but suck at coaching..Take the Frank Kush approach, kick the little alices ass, make them run lines, tell them that losing is not acceptable, and if they lose again thats 10 more additional lines.

Improve thier quickness, run the Oklahoma drill til the cry from headaches, With little guys, its nothing but slant patterns on pass plays, make your best recieving player your TE...Run sweeps, every team has that little black dude that is lightening, thats your tailback..Come on guys you are depressing the Crav with this O fer season in Indy.

I've been telling them they needed to pick it up and they wouldn't listen. They were out played in every aspect of the game and they knew it by games end. They all said that it was a lot faster than they thought. I've been telling them all along that they'll play like they practice and that's exactly what happend.

These kids will step it up a level by weeks end. I promise you that!!
