Yes that really sucked.

I wanted Brown to win for the jockey and his son to watch and remember.

You can tell God never watches a horse race.......or any sport as far as that goes.

And with the face of horse racing passing away yesterday morning, I thought for sure we'd see a triple crown.

Shocker, you wern't around for Affirmed in 78? That was my very first Preakness, in the infield.

I was around but was just a little guy and don't remember affirmed..... the first race horse I can really remember from back then was Ruffian. I'm not sure what year that was though..... but naw, I was more interested in matchbox cars than watching tv.. LOL
