Re: Mighty
Did you make the call, Crav?
They want your charge card number to get $100 or so to hold your spot, then they'll give you $100 worth of coupons when you get there... may not be a bad deal, but that kind of crap always makes me suspicious.

Re: Mighty
If you call 866-42GONOW, Tahiti Village will give you a couple of free nights at thier new place, along with some show tickets. They advertise it all the time on the AM radio station I listen to every night while driving around town working.
Call 'em up and tell them you heard their radio ad with Tanya Roberts and George Noorey (he's the host of Coast To Coast).
Vegas is calling!!

Re: Mighty
Ha! I used to think the same thing, Crav!! But then I realized that its the sports talk shows on the am dial.
Screw Rush and all the political garbage... give me Rome then the local sports talking heads! If I want music... I'll listen to the CD player..

Re: Mighty
True, that.
I stopped listening to FM years ago, although I still tune into an FM station for a few minutes as I drive home at the end of my work night.
On the AM dial, you have all the sports talk, political talk, and my favorite radio program, Coast to Coast.
http://coasttocoastam.com
And the callers into those different programs range from kids in their 20s to the fogies in their 80s......so the AM dial has become an increasingly popular underground network which spans the generations alive today. Much information can be gleaned from the AM dial
Yep, if you want the inside scoop, you need the AM dial and subcriptions to the right email newsletters
