It's like a park here some times........

They are lucky I only shoot pictures of them sunny

For all these years the wild looking wood ducks would always fly away if they saw humans here but yesterday the crazy mallard "Tony" that comes here every season because he knows I will buy him and his wife duck wheat bread talks 3 pairs of wood ducks into coming up by the house outside the kitchen window to munch all the bread I tossed out for the mallards and they didn't notice me at the window with the camera.

them damn ducks are crazy.........A few weeks ago I had two mallards living in my water garden for a week till I had to shoo them away. ramborampage
Rubber snakes did the trick. booya
Nice to look at but they are some dirty birds.
Had feathers floating in my pond, crapping in it and for some reason i`m thinking they got my only two Koi I had. rambo
I had plenty of goldfish they could have, but noooooooo lets eat the Koi.

Does anyone know what ducks eat??

i wouldn`t think they eat fish,but maybe............http://thumbp1.mail.re4.yahoo.com/tn?sid=2054208472&mid=ADmzSdEAAIItRkWs8AzEMkw9YA4

The ducks here just eat seeds and bread and something around the edge of the water in the pond......but not fish.

Blue herons are the fish eaters I have to chase away and then the land otters that I show the 12 gauge ramborampage

I just came to conclusion Saturday that it isn`t the ducks getting my Koi.
Not sure what it is.I got three new Koi from a friend and took them home and emptied out my pond, scrubbed rocks got old leaves out and such and found another fish half eaten.
filled it all up and come Monday I get home from work and find another half eaten fish on my backyard deck wtf

WTF can it be?
The neighbor`s cat?
A big coon that lives across the street down in the sewer system?
what?
I know I created a haven for wildlife but,
Can someone help me?
Thats not the only thing,I got damn squirrels thinking all these plants we`ve put in(over a 1000 $ worth)is a haven for them to eat and play in.......
Well it looks like I`ll buy a pellet gun this weekend and do some hunting......... Twisted Evil

Mr Bear, its the Coon they love gold fish, every person up here in the country has their ponds covered with a netting. The Coons will kill a pond in a week.
