You can't pump your own gas in Oregon

That's no joke.

While driving up the 5 through Cali and into Oregon, I stopped to fill up the tank on the Penske.

A guy comes up to me as I was putting the nozzle into the gas tank.

There was urgency in his voice lol

He says to me, "You can't do that!! You can't pump your own gas".

I replied, "What?"

He says, "In Oregon, you can't pump your own gas....it's a $1000 fine"

BWAAAAAAAAAA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those unions up there are trying to "save jobs" by fining you if you pump your own gas!!!

And the last thing he said to me was, "Hey, I don't make these stupid laws. I'm not from Oregon".

That made my whole trip.......that was classic smile

It was up around 4 bucks a gallon....somewhere between $3.85 and $4.00.

He said they don't charge you more for pumping YOUR gas....but at those prices.....you're paying for it, eh?

The most I paid was just north of the LA area after getting on the 5.....$4.50 a gallon ohshit

You know I work for penske, mighty you could of hit me up for a truck discount, and no you Harry homeowners cannot fill your truck at a penske, it has nothing to do with being union, it has to do with osha,

It has to do with your safety, the tech keys in your truck number and if there are any repairs needed on that truck they are performed right there.

Not all penskes are union, or I couldn't work where I am since I'm already drawing a union pension, and penske provides me another pension in 8.5 years booya

Only place I ever have seen a "Penske" is on tv when they have some car race on the weekends......and I never actually watch car races lol

But I did get gas at the lowest price since Hussein started raising it to $4

Got a 10 cent discount so the price was $3.48........but the car was not empty so all I got was $19 worth wtf

Wish I was driving my 4X4 since it is low on fuel and I will have to use it later when they have that wood pellet sale this Fall

I could of bought a lot of silver with what she spent at the furniture store today. But I got a free 52" LCD tv and a free note pad out of the deal drinkbeer

NOT BAD CRavn

Glad I never have to deal with the furniture.........since I already have all leather EZ-Boy couch,chair and footrest......only had to do that twice in my life (she would get those cloth couches which I can't stand)

I don't need a new TV yet but if I had that 52in upstairs I would hook it to a pc to watch the free fights and games....and youtube of course smile

See we opposite, you wouldn't survive with leather in florida, we got a sectional and a HUGE recliner coffee are, 2 end tables 2 lamps and a 6x9 rug, plus a bar height dining room table and chairs.

Nothing wrong with our lazy boy sofa, it's 11 years old plus a pull out bed, I think she will save it for when our youngest moves back to md/pa which will be soon.
