Tonight 30 for 30 ESPN 8pm, Titled Elway to Marino.

from the sound clip, our GM at the time Ernie Accorsi, wanted to draft Marino, while the drunk insisted on Elway..That would have been interesting if we could turn back time.

I'll try to catch that if they show it a few times tonight since I usually have something else on at 5 and 8 here.

Picked up 8 more 80lb bags of the good ready mix and a bunch of stones yesterday (over 800lbs in the trunk of my Chrysler 300M) so if the sun is out without too much north wind I have to make a trip to get some rebar and get back and get to work on the sidewalk project again......goodnight

Marino probably would have been willing to play for the Colts....that would have changed everything.

Funny thing is Elway would of played in B-More and for Ursay, it was his Dad that said to avoid Frank Kush at all cost.

Yeah being an old school Colts fan when that happened I knew Kush sucked in the NFL but I was still pissed at Elway so I put my Colts Curse on him and watched all the games when he started playing in Denver and made sure my Colts Curse was going to make him pay.......hell even when they played the not so good Colts he was getting the crap knocked out of him and on top of that losing (he did win the first 2 by a total of 9 points and we had Pagel and Herrmann @ QB)

Didn't play again until his 3rd season and he got a 15-10 win and several kicks from the Horse Shoe

Then another couple years not playing the new version of the Colts

Then the famous halloween game @Denver where the Colts and the great Eric Dickerson (4TD's) won 55-23 including the kicker named Dean Biasucci smile

Next game we lost 14-3 @Denver (55yrd FG by Biasucci) and our QB was Jack fucking Trudeau one_finger_salute

The Colts had a long stretch of sucking but I still watched all the games.........but at the same time I watched all the Bronco games because back then the games were free or the $99 version of NFLST and back then I just had the old 10ft Dish and my local network channels were the Denver 5 so I got real used to seeing Elway all the time and I actually started to like the bastard and even decided not to use the Colts Curse on him........soon after he won those 2 SB's and the rest was history.........Believe it or Not!

Havent seen the entire show, caus Tuesday night is NCIS & Deadliest Catch night, but flipping during the commercials, rekindled my hatred for silverbullet bob that much more, what an asshole he was.

Its on DVR so Ill watch it this am..
