I called you a big sumbitch... not a fat-ass.
If you're 6' and 200... we're both the same size. But I sit at a desk in the AC in the summer... not bust my ass on a hot tar roof in the sun...
(Give me a few weeks once the weather breaks and I'll get back down to my "fightin'" weight of 185...
I gotta believe a few days on the roof in the summer gets you down to what, 155?
If you're 6' and 200... we're both the same size. But I sit at a desk in the AC in the summer... not bust my ass on a hot tar roof in the sun...

Oh and not close to bald (sorry about that Garth)
I can't wait for summer so I can get outside every day and do stuff instead of watching satellite tv and messing with pc's all day and eating all the stuff the wife cooks
But I only get down to about 240lbs......and so far I haven't gotton shorter.......might shave off the beard and even let the wife trim some of my locks.......only because it gets a bit hot mixing concrete when you look like Samson hiding from Delilah

I just reached my comfort goal of 215. I feel good, these woman in the Turks better be prepared for when the Italian Stallion arrives..
Whats funny is, according to the Wii Fit, for my height they say I should be at 165 lbs, I havent seen 165 since my early UPS days 1990, but I was sickly looking then, I wouldnt break for lunch and would run, actually run my route..Then I wised up, and starting "milking" the Big Brown Cow.
Magic, get the Wii use the Wii Fit, but get Wii Resorts, it has 3 Golf Courses on it, they are sweet.

Oh, and since this is my T-Minus 13 months to retirement, Ive decided to go for the Sam Elliott look, havent buzzed the hair in 6 months, dam that woman has turned me gray.

Now remember Cravn......muscle weighs more than FAT
So far I only get that stuff around the waist.
In the winter I have been using the 16 steps up to where all the pc's are for the old basketball legs and then around this chair I have my 85lb and 50lb dumbells so I don't have any excuse not to use em.
Today is the 6 month anniversary of my 2 heart attacks I had to celebrate 911 ......still haven't made it back for the "stress tests".......I have enough of that at home
But I better go over to the big city and do that pretty soon.
I have played a few rounds of golf already this pre-spring and hit some out here at my place too.
I haven't played a video game since the old Mario over 10 years ago.
I did just look up WII golf on a youtube video some kid made and it looks like my livingroom is not big enough for me to stand in front of the screen and make those swings without maybe smacking that expensive light fixture I put up when we built the house.
Never was good at video games since the days of "Pong"
I think my kid has that on his flatscreen (he also just got that HD and all the sports channels from DirecTV)
As long as I keep walking up and down these stairs 25+ times a day and lifting weights I probably won't look like Siragusa until I got up to 300lbs!
I was 165lbs in HS but I was a 6'4" broom handle then.
My basketball prime weight was 225lbs
I have always made the wife look like a shrimp but I think women like that.
So far I only get that stuff around the waist.
