Record High Temp @ my Kingdom

Today is record hot day all over western WA

And since this State has all different types of weather in the same day the numbers are different just here in the NW

But this is the first time since I have been here that we hit the 105 degree mark.....that should be the high of the day but it is only 4pm...

Funny last night on the Weather Channel they said it is a record LOW temp month in Chicago since 1942

So I guess we borrowed a couple of those degrees

Yes that does come in handy since fans blowing heat around don't help much

We don't use the pond......well for fish and ducks,and turtle reasons and it is too damn warm unless you get down about 4ft.

But the creek works great since it is COLD.......so cold that I can only handle a minute or 2 but after doing work here on days like this I do step in there and cool off.

The wife likes it but the bridge I built years ago to sit on and put your feet in is a bit high for girls who are a foot shorter than me

So she will stand in it to cool off but I have a feeling she wants the King of Concrete to some how make a section for her to stand on with no rocks .....sort of a kids wading pool in the creek for adults

Its brutal here, 4:15 this am we are at 72 degrees already and the humidity is way up there, probably at 80% already..

Tomorrow should be fun, Nick and I are driving out to Ravens Camp in this heat..Got get a Flacco Autograph.

When we get back, the boys will play in the creek, while I'll kick the AC up a notch and enjoy a frosty one. cheerstoyou

We have a nice ice cold creek, that runs through the property and 1/4 mile down stream it has a 5 ft water fall..Its refreshing because its all spring fed.
