Out here in Zona, the only birds that can threaten a plane are the big black buzzards that loiter way the hell up there. But Davis Monthan Air Force Base is here, and we always have A10s and F16s flying over town on their way to/from the base.....and you know damn well that those bad boys will shoot the hell out of any buzzards that get in the way!!!
Hmmmmm..........maybe that's an answer to the bird problem at airports around the country. Let's assign a squadron of A10s to each airport, and let the WartHogs blast all the birds to smithereens before each commercial plane takes off!!
