My youngest crashed my laptop I have no startup screen, I cannot start in safe mode either, any insight to what to do? Does any of the F buttons wipe my laptop clean back to when I bought it? It's only a year old so I don't care if I have to re load programs,

Thanks

I'll have to defer to the PC geeks here. Having said that, maybe you could take it to a Best Buy and see what the Geek Squad guys say, Wear your Flacco Jersey and maybe they'll take pity on you.

Are you seeing the screen when you boot it up that runs for 3 seconds and in the top left corner says that you have 3 seconds to probably push the  F11 key?

If you do see that you have to push the F11 key right when you see that and sometimes you hold it down and sometimes you have to repeatedly hit the F11 key to make it work to "restore" your computer to the factory original.

Now if you don't see that at all and as it reboots it is just a blank-black screen then you probably need a new video card to replace the one you have that might have died.

(and the NFL gave the Packers,Bengals, and Colts ticket-sale deadline extensions and it was only the last 3000 tickets that remained so they will all be on local tv)

Not shame on me... we bought all 10. Killed us, but we got it done.

It's not fucking working, I hit Alt f11 and it takes me nowhere then I googled it and it says to hit Alt f10, that takes me to an Acer recovery management page where all I get is a " please wait a moment" message and a spinning circle, it lasts for hours

That's exactly what I used to say in the 80's when Baltimore was drawing 20 thousand at the games
