Physical Therapist hasn't released me to do shit yet, and then I have to meet with the neurosurgeon again before I can go back to work.

I agree it sucks but spinal surgery recovery is not something to take lightly...put up with the experts' advice and be a good trooper. Much better for you in the long run.

Double thumbs up on Blue's advice... I still have a numb spot on the ball of my R foot... nerve damage.
Still get the feeling of a rubber band around my middle toe, R foot.

Didn't get any PT. Guaranteed I went back to work too soon.
