SOB I type this long winded reply and it dosent wind up here, Dont know where it went.

Heres the Skinny..Couple 1 wanted to play the dick around low ball game..Homey dont play that, I rejected their offer. But, there offer was still good til Sat at midnight.

Couple 2 comes in Sat am, stays for over an hour and a half, tells us how much they love the place and changes hes going to do, and where hes building a work shop. Have at it buddy it will be your place, IF The Price is Right.

Sunday dinner time, my agent calls they she is receiving a letter of intent from Couple 2, at my price I want!!!!!!! They are paying cash for our home.

Downside I He is a Veteran, he gets free VA inspection which I hear are real muthas..

Downside II they want us to be out in 30 days!!!!

HOLY SHIT, Ive got to get to Florida and fast, I didnt want to rush to find a place, but I guess Im going to have to.

Congrats, John! VA money is guaranteed... We sold our first home under the same situation. It was a 100+ yr old home. Passed with flying colors... wasn't that tough at all! (but then again, that was 25+ years ago...)

Don't rush into anything. If nothing else, rent storage, get a short-term lease on an apt or codo. I also know a guy that bought a foreclosure home and negotiated pre-closing occupancy. He basically got to live there for 3 mos. rent-free. Just depends how motivated the bank is to move the property.

Sounds like Cravn is having more fun than I am right now.....

He gets to wheel and deal selling a house and all the excitement that comes from a big move like that.

While I'm sitting here trying to settle back taxes with the IRS sucks

Who's having more fun right now? wtf

Ahhhhhh, so........I see it clearly now.

Cravn's financial decisions and resulting actions made his bed, and he is enjoying the fruits of his decisions. And comfortable is his bed!!

My own financial decisions and resulting "fruits" are corrupt. Therefore, I am held accountable.

As it should be!! shout

It's almost as if I'm Washington D.C!! whoa

While Craven is enjoying the moment based on past decisions, I am likewise confronting the consequences of past financial decisions, and woe is me!!

Much like our Great Country!! shout

P.S.

But my financial errors/liabilities are limited. Many ideas I do have for the future, and the future is bright, indeed!! And some of those ideas are actually old ideas, but as of yet not put into practice!!

But in my own good time, I will do so king

Cravn's financial decision had nothing to do with this move, the Teamsters financial decision did..Cravn is just very very fortunate that he built this place pre housing boom and right after the internet boom.

I sold my place for 110,000 dollars less its worth, yet still came out on top..Now Im going to live relatively mortgage free for my remaining days on this planet.

Only in America..

Now, I have to think of a job to do down there..Im thinking bartender, but I'd be to tempted to add a little wang to any Stealer Fan I spot, or maybe a secret shopper, but only if they send me to the Islands..

The town is called Deltona, its in between Daytona & Orlando east coast side, we'll be 25 miles from New Smyrna Beach

Your folks place is on the Gulf side, approx 1 hr North of our time share on Ft Myers Beach..If you are down there the week after Thanksgiving, give me a shout..

I'll be there in two weeks for the month of March!! Well, a few miles from there as I'll be technically staying on Anna Maria Island which is just off the coast from Bradenton. Nice area.
