Yes, there are still many victorian's in the older neighborhoods more towards the downtown area... Some have been rehabbed and restored to their former beauty and others haven't been touched yet...
I remember back about 15-20 years ago you could buy many of them for $1 as part of the downtown revitalization project... And the folks that bought them and brought them back turned a pretty penny for their efforts when more professionals started moving back downtown.
LOL I wish I still had the information on the 5000Sq ft victorian I found in Brazil Indiana about 7 years ago that they only wanted 50K for.... It was a private listing and the headline went... "5000sq ft home for sale, Evil Entity involved" I went and looked it over, but the only way to fix that place was with gas and a match... the funny thing was the guy that owned the house wouldn't set foot in it, wouldn't even meet me to give me the keys... he left them with the next-door neighbor... I guess at one time it had been a funeral home so it had the "haunted" reputation... I never saw or heard anything though..

The cool thing about the house was that it was old enough that it actually still had a "spirit room" in the basement (where I suppose the morg part of the parlor was..) the spirit rooms were completely round rooms that were built in the MUCH older homes and the legend went that the 'spirits' would get directed to the round room and not be able to find their way out of it again... The only other place I had seen an actual spirit room was in my great-grandmother's farmhouse in Pennsylvania...
NOW if I had known that the Ghosthunters show was going to be so huge, I would have bought that old place and turned it into a "haunted" Bed and Breakfast for all the amatuer "ghosthunters" that seem to love to travel all over the country investigating those old homes with a little bit of history...
There IS an Old Victorian farmhouse right down the road on US 36 in Avon that is just sitting empty right now, but needs alot of work and would need to be moved... (and shutting down US 36 and getting the powerlines down etc in that corrider would be astronomical $$$$, plus the price of land around there now is close to 25K an acre for residential and a couple of Million for commercial so it would take Bill Gates money to get it moved.. LOL) It would be a great old house if somebody wanted to spend the $$$ on it though.... It's right down the road and I will snap a few pictures of it and post them here soon.
